Yana in Quechua (the native language of the Incas) means “black” because we believe that our black sheep definitely stands out from the crowd. Yana is 100% hand-sorted in 21.5-micron Peruvian highland wool presented with a chunky and soft structure. Our original and best wool is now being offered in new colors, as found in textiles in the Andes for centuries.
